What we call “feelings” are really thoughts about sensations.
Today, whenever you find yourself saying “I’m angry” or “I’m sad” or “I’m jealous” or “I’m ashamed,” ask yourself, “What sensation is under that?” and focus on simply experiencing the sensation rather than on thinking.
And have a SENSATIONAL day.
In TRUTH, it’s impossible not to.
