As I’ve said many times, Peace is not comfort. Peace is not calm. Peace is simply being able to be with what is, which includes the circumstance, as it is, your sensations, as they are, and your thoughts, as they are.
Today, when anything happens that seems upsetting, instead of trying to relax or “be peaceful” see if you can really experience it exactly as it is, inside and out, and leave it at that.
And have a SENSATIONAL day.
In Truth, it’s impossible not to.
