The Thought Exchange® is a workshop that I developed and have been doing all across the United States for the past five years. The book The Thought Exchange – A Practical Method of Moving Beyond “Positive Thinking” describes my method of working with the concept that the world is merely a mirror of our thoughts, and that by exchanging one thought for another we can actually see our world change right before our eyes. Although this basic principle has become fairly common knowledge with books such as Conversations with God, The Power of Positive Thinking, and most recently, The Secret, Thought Exchange work addresses critical aspects that all the other methods leave out: • The biggest obstacle to our staying with the new thoughts we take on, is that “Positive” thoughts often generate “negative” feelings.
